ADVANCED TRIZ & SYSTEMATIC INNOVATION 
This advanced course is a result of many years of experience with performing training within diverse industries. It provides learning and gaining practical skills with advanced TRIZ techniques which are usually not learned during introductory TRIZ training courses, and which help with solving most difficult problems and further evolving of selected products and technologies. The course is intended for those who want to learn TRIZ at the advanced level and incorporate its techniques to everyday use. The course is designed in a such a way that its material can be learned by both TRIZ beginners and those who already took some preliminary basic training in TRIZ and want to extend and deepen their knowledge. The course program also offers some unique techniques which are currently not yet available from other TRIZ vendors, such as Root Conflict Analysis technique (RCA+)

The course explains in detail a system of 76 Inventive Standards, the TRIZ Trends of technology Evolution, and Algorithm of Solving Inventive Problems (ARIZ). The course offers intensive practical work with both educational problems as well as problems brought by the participants.

  • Fundamentals of Advanced TRIZ.

  • Understanding product and process evolution via problem solving.

  • Introduction to the system of TRIZ Trends of Evolution

  • Analysis of innovative potential and new products and technologies forecast.

  • Demonstration of evolution trends and specific patterns of evolution with examples.

  • Function Analysis to model functional interactions within a product or a process.

  • Introduction to Substance-Field Modeling to build abstract models of problems.

  • Explanation of 76 Inventive Standards  system: practical techniques on eliminating negative and improving positive effects within products and processes.

  • Practice with Substance-Field Modeling and Inventive Standards on educational and customer's problems.

  • Root Conflict Analysis (RCA+) for problem analysis by contradictions identification and mapping.

  • ARIZ (Algorithm of Solving Inventive Problems): logic of ARIZ, explanation of major concepts, structure, and working principles, resolving technical and physical contradictions.

  • Detailed analysis of a problem solving process with ARIZ on the basis of specific examples.

  • Practice with ARIZ on the customer's problems; working in groups. 

  • TRIZ Implementation aspects.

  • Questions and Answers, Discussions.

Valeri Souchkov, M.Sc, TRIZ Trainer and Expert, certified by the founder of TRIZ G. Altshuller. During 18 years Valeri trained more than 3.000 working professionals worldwide, as well as assisted in corporate-wide TRIZ implementation programs. He conducted training and facilitation for many organizations, including Capgemini, DSM, DuPont, LG Electronics, Posco, Philips, Siemens.
Author of more than 50 publications on systematic innovation and IT support for innovation, as well as one of the developers of modern TRIZ and Systematic Innovation techniques.
He was a co-founder of Invention Machine Corporation, currently the world leader in Computer-Aided Innovation and a co-founder and Executive Board Member of the European TRIZ Association (www.etria.net). He is also a lecturer on TRIZ and Systematic Innovation at the University of Twente, The Netherlands.

  • Prepayment before the starting course date is obligatory. In case of cancellation one month before the course starting dates, we provide 100% refund. Otherwise we retain 20% of the paid fee.
